Case Study: Leaking Toilet

This particular job came through as a simple job. We were told there was a leaking toilet and were asked to attend and fix the issue. Our engineer attended site at the time specified and on the investigation of the toilet, found the issue to be two fold. Firstly he found that the float valve needed replacing and it was damaged. Once this was replaced, further checks showed that the pipework was too short and needed altering. This was done and the toilet is now in perfect working order. The working conditions were not perfect here, there was very little space to manoeuvre and therefore we had to spend extra time on site making sure that nothing was damaged.
